Exploration and Practice of Regional Collaborative Innovation in Zhongguancun 

This paper examines regional collaborative innovation in Zhongguancun, analyzing its vital role in national development strategies and practical implementation. Zhongguancun is key to promoting high-quality economic growth, bolstering national innovation, fostering regional coordination, and executing major national plans.  

Practically, Zhongguancun aims for regional cooperation by building a collaborative development hub, piloting new models, strengthening industrial chains, offering integrated tech services, promoting innovative exchanges, and cultivating new productive forces. However, challenges persist, including fragmented innovation resources, slow ecosystem development, and growing cooperation needs.  

To address these issues and advance collaborative innovation, this paper suggests deepening regional coordination, creating platforms for resource integration, enhancing industry-academia-research cooperation, managing expectations, and establishing higher-level working mechanisms, among other excellent experiences.
